      About Hideaway

With a finished heated and cooled living space of just 392 sq. ft., the Hideaway is the smallest and most economical plan in the Satterwhite catalog. While there is no loft in the standard design (ask if you’d like to add loft space above the bedroom and bath), you may be impressed that this plan does included dedicated sleeping quarters, something you won’t find in all plans of this size.

The combined living area and kitchen include a vaulted ceiling, adding a touch of spaciousness to what is otherwise the smallest member of Satterwhite’s Compact Cabin series. Many people in many circumstances will find this cabin or one of the others in the Compact Cabin series perfect for their needs, in some cases perhaps as a guest cottage, or even, built in multiple units, as the basis of camp quarters or a rustic motel complex, as we frequently see in scenic settings.
