The Kickapoo is the largest of Satterwhite’s single bedroom standard floor plans. With 1,260 sq. ft. on the main level, including an open floor plan with family room, dining area, and kitchen in a combined space, enhanced by a vaulted ceiling, the Kickapoo offers spacious comfort beyond what might be expected of a home with such a small footprint.
A full utility room with laundry and space for a freezer adds livability. On the end opposite the family room and fireplace, a 332 sq. ft. loft is incorporated into the attic structure. While the roof limits full ceiling height headroom in portions of the loft, this space has proven very popular with customers, and we’ve seen it put to a great many good uses such as storage, crafting, library, office space, and more.
