Tate’s Retreat is a new take on the single bedroom, single bath floor plan. It features a striking gable porch 8′ in depth on one end, something that can be easily extended to 10′, 12′, or more for those who wish to extend their outdoor living space into dimensions that could easily be considered a patio. Inside, the combined family room, dining area, and kitchen are enhanced by a vaulted ceiling with beautiful gable glass windows overlooking the gable end porch.
