We deliver to your jobsite practically everything you need to dry-in your home.
- Foundation framing (if using wood foundation).
- First floor framing and sub-flooring (if using wood foundation).
- Log walls.
- Romex and electrical boxes (for log walls only).
- Interior partition wall framing.
- Floor framing system.
- Decking and synthetic underlayment.
- Gable framing and siding.
- Windows and exterior doors.
- Exterior window and door trim.
- Materials to build porches, carports, and garages (if shown on plan).
- Stairway framing (if two-story).
- Second floor framing (if two-story).
- Second floor sub-flooring (if two-story).
Shipping and sales tax are not included in the total price. Overhead doors are not included.
